Have you been the victim of: a. Social workers lying, fabricating, or knowingly using misleading information to you or the courts?
b. Do you have any proof of this, such as letters you have written to them, or other documentation to show that they have used lies and deception to you or the courts?
c. Have you had false complaints of abuse or neglect made against you?
d. Do you have any kind of proof that the complaints were false?
e. Whether you have ever been "reported" to "social services" or not, are you concerned about or afraid to discipline or correct your child because you might be turned in to social services? If so, your testimony may be important to show that the DSS as a government agency has become an "instrument of oppression."

If your attorney, a social worker, or anyone else involved in your case makes any comments to you that you should NOT participate in this federal case as a witness about their abuses, document every comment they make. Please be sure to include other details like when the comment was made, where you were, and anyone around who might have heard the comment or at least be able to testify that you and the person making the statement were there. Even if no one saw it, your experience, and others like you being able to testify to similar experiences, can show a pattern of conduct that will convince a jury.
Please note that under Federal Law, 42 U.S.C. § 1985(2), anything that you are told by your attorney, a social worker, or other individual that might be considered a spoken, or unspoken threat that you should not participate as a federal witness may be illegal and unconstitutional. This is true even if it is only one person doing this to you personally. The reason is that this person, together with claims made by other people, shows a pattern of several people doing the same thing.
Even if they tell you they will make sure you get your kids back if you don’t testify in federal court, that is also illegal and should be documented for federal court testimony. If you have suffered false or misleading information being used against you, or false complaints used against you, it is important that you do your part to help stop these abuses from being continued against you and your family, your aunts, uncles, brothers, sisters, friends, and against other families as well. Even if they make some deal to “give your kids back” if you keep your mouth shut, once the federal case goes away, if enough people don’t start to make a difference, what will stop their abuses of you and your family in the future?
